Sultan, we need your help!!!

– Azizan Hashim

Wannabe's statement...

Cikgu Azizan has been an avid Perak supporter since the 70s and whenever he comes for a press conference conducted by Perak FA, his passion and love for team can be seen through his every movement.

Today morning, after coming back from Manjoi, I opened up my FB page and I saw this post being shared by the Perak fans. I was first skeptical when I saw the headline. I thought, the FA was going to ask Sultan Azlan Shah’s help to reduce the ban of the 5 players.

I was like, dei..dei, Baginda is much more inclined towards hockey bukan bola. The moment I read the article, I was relieved and smacked my head for my immediate nonchalant response!

The 5 players who went for the disciplinary meeting at FAM headquarters yesterday would know their fate in the coming days.

Perak’s manager and FA treasurer, Khairul Azwan Harun told that they had sent a letter to Sultan Ahmad Shah to look through the ban and show some reprieve towards the players.

The step he has taken can be lauded as he really wants to team to be at full strength for the upcoming Malaysia Cup.

Though the players confronted the referee with some ‘Eminem Inspired’ words (Versi BM), it didn’t merit them with a 5 game ban and RM 5,000 fine for each players. Even the Premier League wouldn’t have taken such an action.

FAM is famed for being overzealous with their bans and fines. They should learn from their English counterparts on the art of disciplining player rather than membabi buta give ban!

Hopefully, the verdict for the players would be good and they should take this incident as a lesson. Remember, don’t swear wehh, the consequences can be very dire.

Avinesh’s Verdict and Plea: Sultan sar!!! Please reduce the ban…We need them for the Malaysia Cup!!! huhuhuhu
