The Malaysian League, will see usher a new era as 'mini' revamp has been done to make the league an exciting one. 14 teams including Singapore Lions XII will be part of the Malaysian Super League whereas the Malaysian Premier League will see 12 team contending for the coveted league title.

Tercio, who has played in the Malaysian league before with KL Plus looks likely to be the architect for the team but at the age of 33, age might not be kind on his side. Suamareh, who only got the call after Sibi Gwar couldn't sign his contract, will be interesting prospect but in this league, proven pedigree is important.
