Sheikh's money doing it's WORK!

I got a call from my friend, and it was a call which I will never forget for a lifetime. "Bro, Manchester City 6, Manchester United 1!!"

I was like Manchester City 6! and i started laughing in the middle of a crowded place at Ipoh's Little India. Manchester City have certainly proved that they are the new powerhorses and Manchester United will surely rue this defeat.

Losing 6 goals to1 against your rivals i unacceptable and I'm very sure, Sir Alex Ferguson will start his 'hairdryer treatment'! Players like Patrice Evra, Jonny Evans and Anderson will surely receive a bashing from the man who once scarred David Beckham.

Other players will also have to take the brunt of the blame as they couldn't contain the onslaught by Manchester City. David Silva, the man who makes things tick for Manchester City was the star player for this game.

Given a 9.0 rating, Silva is proving to be a thorn for defenses in the Premier League and in today's game he was just two steps ahead of everyone else.

Mario Balotelli and Edin Dzeko each scored 2 goals as both of them seem to be on form after a patchy first season. Sergio Aguero seems to be a good buy as he is proving his credentials by having a decent scoring rate.

City's defense led by Vincent Kompany and Joleon Lescott should also be commended as they have been the pillars for the team. Kompany, the team's newly appointed skipper has taken his role well and he will be an asset for the team for many years to come.

As for Manchester United, the players will have to come out from this debacle and get their confidence back. Sir Alez has got a brilliant squad and he has what it takes to mould the team back.

Young players like Evans and Anderson have been ridiculed by many fans since last season and today's performance will surely see them being pummeled by the United faithful. However, they have time on their side and these two lads will bounce back in the coming games.

It was an interesting affair but the other half of Manchester will surely rejoice this result for many years to come. Roberto Mancini will surely be the man of the moment as Syeikh Mansour, who transformed City into perennial powerhouses has invested well and placed his trust to the Italian tactician.
